+ - **Updated: DCO testing**
+ ralf implemented a test system for DCO kernel module. He added RHEL platforms as per discussion last week.
+ This currently tests both ovpn-dco-v2 (for 2.6 and older openvpn) and ovpn-backports (for 2.7 and above).
+ We recently had an issue where Debian12 broke something for us in a small kernel update, we will now be able to spot this quickly.
+ More details: https://community.openvpn.net/DataChannelOffload/CI%20for%20DCO%20Linux

+ - **New: CVE handling during holidays**
+ Due to holidays, temporarily evaluation of CVE and assigning IDs is postponed. This will be for approximately 3 weeks.
+ Reports will still be able to come in but determining if it's an actual CVE or not and assigning an ID will have to wait.

- **openvpn releases**
Several reported bugs and security issues that have been reported recently have been resolved.
OpenVPN 2.7.5 and 2.6.21 will be released to address these, today.
Some important fixes will also land in 2.5 branch but these are out of support so no official releases will be made for 2.5.x.
There are more issues being reported and evaluated, as seems to be now the new standard with AI.
A followup release is expected around 22 July 2026.

- - **DCO testing**
- ralf implemented a test system for DCO kernel module. He added RHEL platforms as per discussion last week.
- Next he wants to make the code suitable also for the new upstreamed DCO kernel code so it can test that too.
- **t_server and t_client testing framework**
The CA for this expired but was renewed - those relying on this for testing can contact djpig for a new cert.
