Description
When running openvpn-install-2.3_rc1-I002-x86_64.exe on Windows 8 x64, no component is listed and thus OpenVPN can't be installed. See attached screnshot. It seems ok when installing on Windows 7 x64.

Fixed with the released version of 2.3.0.
