OpenVPN 2.3_beta1 (x64) on Windows 8 x64 doesn't reconnect correctly when computer is out of standby

Description
With OpenVPN 2.3_beta1 (x64) on Windows 8 x64, it seems that reconnection after computer is out of standby is failing. The OpenVPN GUI seems to indicate that it is connected (green) but disconnect menu item is not available. Exiting OpenVPN GUI and restarting it allows to reconnect.
