Description

Please add a feature to OpenVPN Android to stop it or to allow it to to attempt to connect when the wifi connection is made with a specified list of SSID or the network is in a specified list of networks/netmasks.
This is a Blacklist or Whitelist.
Example 1: An extended stay hotel only allows common ports and not ports like 22/ssh. Whitelist auto enables the VPN back to home or to a VPN service when you connect to that network.
Example 2: VPN is used to connect to office network and is not needed when already on any network within the office WAN. Blacklist auto disables connecting. Wildcards in the SSID might be useful here. Blocking at the VPN firewall would consume battery for retries and not allow manual connecting on request.
It should remain easy to manually connect/disconnect the VPN when a blacklist or whitelist is in effect.
This feature would be most useful with Android but would also have value on laptops.
