Description
Related to compress migrate this is the reminder ticket that we want to eventually get rid of the OCC rewriting code, when we can.
So, first, fix OCC to become "useful again" for options that can be server-pushed.
Setting "milestone 2.6" as a reminder, but more likely this will happen in the pre-2.7 timeframe.
