Android: IPv6 only tunnels break IPv4 routing

Description
If the VPN server only pushes an IPv6 address with no IPv4 configuration the android client will create the following route
# ip r s t tun0 unreachable default proto static scope link
This causes all IPv4 routing on the device to break. I've found that it can be avoided by pushing an IPv4 address to the device however this shouldn't be required and prevents the use of pure IPv6 setups.
