Steps to reproduce:

  1. VBox
  2. Clean Windows7x64 guest
  3. Installing TAP with OpenVPN community bundles v.2.4.8 or v2.4.7
  4. Driver installed successfully but no device created

TAP v.9.21.2 installed separately works just fine.

Just FYI: I have a W7x32 VBox VM and have never experienced any install issues nor issues with the TAP adapter.
