Remove destructive /sbin/clean script from openvpn AWS image

Description

This total-annihilation-nuke-the-server-without-a-warning
script must have been left there by mistake.

If the intention is to have it there, it should have a different name (i.e. something that doesn't autocomplete with "clear")
and it should say what it does and prompt for a confirmation that'll only take a "YES" for a go-ahead.
