Hi,
I have the same problem of the ticket #897. Different hardware (Zotac Ci327), different OS (freebsd 11.1 amd64), but same cpu apollo lake.
Do you have any sokution/workaround. Moved the HD on a different hardware (different cpu) and VPN come up.

Logfile? Software versions (SSL library and OpenVPN)? Most likely this is not "Access Server" related (which is the commercial branch)... so please put some helpful information in here.
An openvpn log that displays how "not working" looks like with --verb 4
would also be appreciated (... it would show the version numbers involved, too).
What does the OS say about the CPU (first few lines in /var/run/dmesg.boot, the section starting with "CPU:" up to "real memory = ")?
I tried different openvpn version, also compiled by me, but nothing...
Please help me. Thanks
