Description
I'd like openvpn to be able to listen op ipv6 tcp and udp ports and transport the tunnel-data over ipv6.

This is already implemented, and is scheduled for OpenVPN v2.3.
If you want to help out testing it, please checkout either the development snapshots [1] or the 'allmerged' git branch [2]. The development snapshot is based on the allmerged branch as well.
