Weekly snapshots are taken of the "master" branch of the git repository. We encourage you to use these snapshots for alpha releases of RPMs and pre-built packages. Although they are briefly tested before release, they may have bugs, so use them at your own risk. You can download them from here:

There is a ​revsion log which can be used to determine the most recent commit contained within a given weekly snapshot. Whenever a new snapshot release is made, a mail with snapshot PGP signatures and links is sent to openvpn-devel mailing list.
