Description
This is probably something we do NOT want to merge for the time being.
Nobody has ever expressed interest in it, therefore I don't think there is any need to put community effort into it.
However, I personally think it may be helpful for those people willing to run OpenVPN on constrained embedded devices where only wolfSSL (formerly CyaSSL) is available.
Support for the wolfSSL library will be available through my personal fork on Github.

Shall we just close this ticket? The WolfSSL folks know where to submit their patchset, when they have all necessary functionality.

sure, let's close it. The wolfSSL guys are tackling this on the mailing list.
Well, things seem to be proceeding in that github PR... WolfSSL implemented most functionality needed, so it's just a few extra #include and a large configure.ac blob...
