Description
When using the directive push "dhcp-option DOMAIN example-remote.org" the domain suffix gets appended to the current DNS suffix search list. This way non-FQDN lookups gets appended with the wrong suffix. I expected that the DNS suffix search list would be overwritten with the suffix I pushed from the directive push "dhcp-option DOMAIN example-remote.org".

try contacting Microsoft to get this issue fixed. They are (still) not implementing DHCP option 119 (RFC3397) correctly.
