Description
Hi,
if õäöü is used in GN or SN attributes OpenVPN Connect 1.1.17 goes nuts on Android 7.1.1.
In the UI simply "starting" is shown, nothing appears in the logs and the device gets hot and sluggish.
As a workaround currently GN and SN attributes were removed.

OpenVPN Inc does not want to handle bug reports against the Connect commercial client in the community bug tracker. Please resubmit to https://support.openvpn.net/ if still applicable.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I am not sure if this problem was in OpenVPN Connect by itself or in the SSL library parsing the certificate.
Can you please check if the latest release fixes the issue (we have a new SSL library in there) or not?
Thanks!
