Description
The Godaddy HTTPS certificate on https://build.openvpn.net/ is not well configured.
It miss some intermediate/chain certificate.

Good catch. The certificate bundle was indeed missing, The problem was masked by the fact that GoDaddy bundle is almost always installed on any given OS/browser, so few people would have noticed this.
The problem has now been fixed. Thanks for reporting this!
