I changed the ticket title to be more descriptive.
I've encountered this issue myself and it's highly annoying. The problem got resolved for me, so I assumed CloudFlare spam filtering had been disabled. Apparently this is not the case, so thanks for reporting this! I will let the person responsible for managing our CloudFlare account know about this.
