According to RFC 5280, CN maximum length must be 64.

I had discussed about it on openvpn user mailing list. See this email thread: ​http://sourceforge.net/p/openvpn/mailman/message/33242556/

Allow for CN/username of 64 characters (fixes off-by-one)

to be released as part of 2.3.7, in about 2-3 weeks.
