    11I tried to diff running services 5 times using net run before and after opening the applet and there are no differences in 3 cases, and in other 2 they are accidental. I tested if OpenVPN worked in all cases - before opening the applet (it didn't) and after (it did).

     9but I have some funny netsh that prints an error ("this interface does not exist" or "an interface with this name is not registered with the router). I guess that I'll launch network sharing center from the shortcut :)
