    11Yes it does, opening Network an Sharing Center makes it work every time. It looks to me as a similar bug as #289, I also get "Initialization Sequence Completed With Errors ( see http://openvpn.net/faq.html#dhcpclientserv)".

    3 I tried playing with nesh as in #289, it worked a couple of times to make a redneck fix, and then it didn't, but my netsh always says "this network interface does not exist" (it does).
