Version 2.3_beta1 removes PATH in windows 7

Description

We used this version to prevent the cutting of long passwords as in using a standard password combined with a OTP from a yubikey.
But when we installed openvpn-install-2.3_beta1-I002-x86_64.exe it did not append its own path to the systemwide PATH but instead wiped the path adding only it self.
The easy workaround is to deselect the "add to path" option in the installer (and manually appending the openvpn/bin path), but the permanent fix must be made elsewhere i guess.
