OpenVPN 2.3-alpha3 produces DCHP ACK flood on Win 7 64bit

Although DHCP NAK flood has been fixed, OpenVPN 2.3-alpha3 on Windows 7 x64 encounters different, but similar issue when connecting.

Symptoms are similar to DHCP NAK floods, only this time the extent of the flood is much lower and is composed of DHCP ACK messages (see attached ) The end result is the same - tap adapter cannot get the IP address.

Attached is verb 10 log of openvpn and captured traffic on tap adapter.
