Description
There are many ways to build OpenVPN for Windows. The difference in the build toolchains - especially between OSS and MS development tools - has caused and is causing a number of headaches. This has been discussed here among other places.
It would be good if only one major buildsystem could be used for OpenVPN. Building on Cygwin is one such option and should be tested.
