Description
The Windows GUI has poor accessibility.
It should be possible to navigate the GUI using standard keyboard commands -- Tab to change control focus, enter to select, etc.
It also uses icon-only buttons for various functions without providing any way of determining what clicking the icon will do. "Scroll with paired angle brackets" apparently means "show log file", "Envelope" icon apparently means "save to disk"? Icons should show a tooltip on hover that describes their function, and these descriptions should be made available to screen readers when the icon receives focus (via Tab, as above).

OpenVPN Inc does not want to receive any feedback for the "Connect"
OpenVPN clients via the community bug trackers (here and in GH issues).
