Need to reinstall OpenVPN Connect on each MacOS upgrade

Description
Each time I upgrade MacOS (twice at this time) I have to reinstall OpenVPN Connect. If I don't, all seems to work but the connexion fails constantly.
I have an Apple Silicon M1 proc but don't think it is related but can't be sure.
OpenVPN Connect Version 3.2.7 (3220)
MacOS Big Sur 11.3.1 (20E241)
MacBook? Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
