Android app cannot reconnect as it thinks I am offline

Description

I'm using OpenVPN Connect 3.0.7(3565) on ChromeOS 76.0.3809.102.

I connect to a VPN regularly. Periodically I get disconnected and when I try to connect again I get the error "Network is unavailable. Please try to connect later with active network.". However, I'm online and able to access everything else just fine.

If I disable my wifi and re-enable it, I'm then able to reconnect to my VPN. That seems to be the only solution.

I don't know what the cause is but this happens essentially every time I lose my VPN connection (barring things like sleeping the laptop).

Thank you!
