OpenVPN ios/android 3.0.x AES-CBC support don't work

Description
I've running openvpn config with IOS/Android Apps version 1.2.x. With updating the app on the devices with old running 1.2.x versions, the config and connection still work. But installing on new devices or uninstall first the old versions, my configs don't work.
On app versions 1.2.x I'd activated the support of AES-CBC ciphers to work with my firewall/server. With the new 3.0.x app, this option seems not work anymore, so maybe the setting don't really work in the new version.

OpenVPN Inc does not want to receive any feedback for the "Connect"
