openvpn key file

Description
Openvpn uses the .key extension. Keynote uses the same .key
extension. As a result the .crt files can be imported but the
.key file cannot. Openvpn sees the .key file as a keynote file
and will not import it. I just upgrade my iphone6 to an iphone7
and ran into this. The IOS for my iphone7 is 11.4.1
