iOS: Requires VPN Disconnect to add new Profile

This has creeped starting v.1.2.5, one need to disconnect VPN to add a new Profile.

Steps to reproduce :

  1. With no profiles in place or with existing profile Make sure you are connected to VPN
  2. Try to install new ovpn profile either downloaded from email or shares or from files
  3. App doesnt permit adding the new profile when (+) button is clicked.
  4. Disconnect VPN and try to add the Profile, it works.

I set priority as "Major" considering threat modeling risks associated with VPN disconnect requirement. Priority can be lowered if need be.

OpenVPN Inc does not want to receive any feedback for the "Connect"
OpenVPN clients via the community bug trackers (here and in GH issues).
