    11I'd just like to contribute that we would also like to use this feature, we have a VPN client that wants to know what connection is being used, the easiest way would be to connect to the management on the server and list the connection IP. This can't be done from the client daemon because it thinks it's IP is 192.168.*.*

     3However, the feature being *removed* would be preferable to the current state of affairs.
