    55- Downloaded the v2.3.x (latest version) and installed it in the same path with the same config files that were there.

    7 No the GUI or the Service both will start and connect without any errors or problems every time. After trying this on one site, I did another and it worked fine also.

    99I hope that this helps someone with what is happening. I did not try this with the v2.4.x as I was going to just install the v2.3.x and I knew that many times it needs the folder permissions that way to work properly.
