    1 The headlines says "cannot launch GUI with admin.." but the description appears to indicate the issue is with running the GUI as user which is how its supposed to be used in 2.4.

    33So assuming that running the GUI as user failed in CreateProcess, it looks like the user has no access to the installed location. The service is not used at this initial stage where only the version is checked.
