Description
Change platform code across the board to use dev tun0 or -iface tun0 etc, so it's much clearer what we want (and the route can be auto-destroyed if the tun0 goes away).
This is not a bugfix, so not for 2.3 or 2.4, but part of a larger restructuring of route handling for 2.5
