Windows installer happily installs 64bit version on 32bit windows

Description
Well, I'm obviously a good candidate for the "foolproofness" of our installers, and it is very much not foolproof...
If you install the x86_64 installer on a 32bit windows, it will just do so, without any warning or error. Only when trying to actually start the installed openvpn-gui.exe, it will tell you "wrong version! can't run!".
Please fix :-)
