Could you please explain use case in details? How exactly disabled reconnection after wake up did help you in daily routine using VOD profiles?

Thank you for feedback.

I have two domains which I need to open the vpn for, but only those two.
This is primarily to save battery life.

The case is this:

  • I open, lets say, the Home Assistant app on my iphone.
  • my VOD notes the domain needs the VPN to connect.
  • The VPN connects and I reach my home assistant server.
  • I lock the phone and the VPN disconnects after ~30s.
  • I then unlock the phone to read a mail and the VPN than stays disconnected as its not needed for this.

As it is now the VPN reconnects every time I unlock my phone if I ever have tried to reach the domain in my VOD profile. Which in my case make the profile quite useless.
