A patch which makes it possible to use the --passtos option with 802.1Q tagged ethernet frames.

This have been an open issue for over 7 years with very little push for this feature. Closing it. If it turns out to become important enough in the future, we can re-open this topic again. Those old patches are anyway far away suitable for the current code tree and needs to be reworked anyhow.
Dazo: it looks like this never got merged into "master". Shall we close this ticket?
