    11Wifi Assist was OFF, and I just had a disconnect. Connection tried to reconnect as TCP that time.

     3EDIT: I have re-enabled Wifi assist, and have enabled Background App Refresh (with all apps turned off manually). OpenVPN does not appear in the list (YET?).
