man page updates needed for OpenVPN 2.2

The following options below needs to be documented in the man page. It is also a good thing to double check these options against openvpn --help as well, to make sure they are also described there.

• --redirect-private
• --redirect gateway lacks explanation of the 'autolocal' keyword
• --http-proxy-override
• --http-proxy-fallback
• --capath
• --plugin can be as 'multiline'
• --management-client
• --connect-timeout
• --dhcp-internal
• --dhcp-pre-release
• --errors-to-stderr
• --gremlin (only with ENABLE_DEBUG)
• --lport / --rport (can be more verbose)
• --push (needs review of pushable options)
• --push-continuation (internal option, more code comments appreciated)
• --push-peer-info
• --show-proxy-settings
• --x509-username-field
• --remote-ip-hint
• --server a.b.c.d netmask nopool
  • What does 'nopool' do?
• --ifconfig-push-constraint
• --key-direction
• --ca, --cert, --key and --dh can be used inline in config file
  • Encapsulate the files in <ca>, <cert>, <key> and <dh> tags
